Brut Extra Dry
Obtained from white Malvasia grapes grown in our Strongoli vineyards with north-east exposure.
The wine is refermented in a wine container for about three months reaching an athmospheric pressure of about 4.0 atm
with a residual sugar of 12 gr/ liter.
It has a straw yellow color and a scent of hot bread crust.
Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with white meats, blue fish and shellfish.
